some studios, we DO NOT use a set-top (VCR style) DVD
recorder to perform the transfer. Therefore, precise chapter
markers can be placed and more thoughtful, personalized
menus can be created. We use the exact same multi-thousand
dollar software and hardware that Hollywood studios employ
to ensure professional results.

GUARANTEE:
For
the past 5 years, we have maintained a 100% DVD compliancy
rating. That's why we guarantee your DVD to be
free of defects for 12 months,
issuing you a FREE replacement if it fails to play
for any reason (even if your pet destroys it,
or it melts from being left on the dashboard in a
hot car). If the disc is rendered non-playable after
this 12 month period, a new DVD can be issued for
a nominal charge. Because we archive every customer's
project, there is no need for sending your original
assets to us again. Replacement or additional DVDs
can be created at any time...5 months or 5
years from now.
